The City of Brussels has initiated a public sale for eight real estate properties, including buildings and houses. The auctions are being conducted on the Biddit platform.
Among the properties for sale is a property located at Rue des Tanneurs 57, with a starting bid of €300,000. Another address, Boulevard Clovis 29, is offered from €400,000, as is number 31 on the same boulevard.
Square Ambiorix 4 is available starting at €500,000. The property at Rue Charles Demeer 105-119 is on sale from €1,000,000, while Rue Sainte-Catherine 17-19 begins at €2,000,000.
Properties located at Rue de la Serrure 20-26 and Boulevard Émile Jacqmain 93/97 are offered starting at €2,500,000 and €3,500,000, respectively.
