This call for projects is open to French-speaking, single-community private non-profit associations (ASBL) with their registered office in the Brussels-Capital Region. Activities must primarily take place within this region, with a particular focus on priority neighborhoods identified in the call for projects. The projects must specifically target young people aged 11 to 25, complementing existing schemes and reaching those not currently benefiting from traditional support systems.
The budget for Parcours + will cover three academic years, with subsidies disbursed at 16% in 2026, 33% in 2027, and 33% in 2028. The balance will be paid in 2029 after the final report and supporting documents are received and analyzed. The subsidy period runs from December 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029.
Complete application dossiers must be submitted by November 18, 2026, to parcoursplus@spfb.brussels. They must include the completed questionnaire, the provisional budget, the 2025 annual accounts, the 2025 activity report, the bank account details, and a sworn declaration.
The services of the Collège will receive and process the applications. A decree will be adopted before the end of 2026. Subsidized ASBLs will be required to submit qualitative and quantitative monitoring reports and will accept project verification visits by the managers of the COCOF services.
