The CPAS of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe is informing its users of a temporary interruption to its fixed telephone lines on Tuesday, September 29. This outage is necessary due to the change of operator for the institution's fixed telephony.
Services will be unavailable according to the following schedule: CPAS services will be affected in the morning, while the Val des Fleurs retirement home, the Tournesol day care center, and the Hortensias day center will be impacted from noon for a few hours. A return to normal service is expected within the day.
For CPAS beneficiaries, services will remain open as usual. It is recommended to contact them preferably by email at info@cpas-ocmwberchem.brussels during the morning, or to call back in the afternoon. Mobile numbers remain reachable.
Regarding the Val des Fleurs retirement home, visits are not affected and will proceed normally. If you wish to call a resident, it is preferable to do so before noon or via their mobile phone. For information or registration requests, contact the reception at 0490 68 63 17 during the outage, or call back the following day.
