The municipality of Auderghem has for several years supported current and future pet owners through "vet vouchers," municipal grants intended to encourage sterilization, identification, and veterinary care.
These premiums have been very successful among Auderghem residents. However, due to this success and the full utilization of the allocated budget, the currently available funds for vet vouchers are nearly depleted.
Applications can still be submitted and will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis. The municipality is awaiting the allocation of a new regional subsidy, which would allow for the resumption of premium grants.
The municipality of Auderghem wishes to reaffirm its commitment to animal welfare. The vet vouchers aim to promote the sterilization and identification of animals, support veterinary care, and raise awareness about the responsibility associated with acquiring a pet.
