A new Alzheimer Café has opened its doors in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, offering a warm and welcoming meeting space for individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease, their loved ones, and anyone interested.

Facing Alzheimer's disease, no one should feel alone. With this in mind, an Alzheimer Café is launching at the Centre Communautaire du Chant d’Oiseau (CCCO), in collaboration with the Alzheimer League. This venue aims to be a warm and friendly meeting place where those affected by the disease, their relatives, and all interested individuals can connect, ask questions, and share their experiences over coffee in a supportive atmosphere.
It provides a moment for listening, sharing, and support, intended to break the isolation and taboos associated with the illness.
The café will take place on the second Friday of each month, starting from November 13th. Meetings will be held from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Centre communautaire du Chant d’Oiseau (CCCO), located at 40 avenue du Chant d’Oiseau. Admission is free and open to all.
