As autumn and seasonal viruses approach, the Southeast Basin support team is mobilizing on the ground in Auderghem. In partnership with the commune, they are launching a flu vaccination awareness campaign. Vaccination is presented as the most effective way to prevent severe forms of influenza, particularly for vulnerable individuals such as seniors, people with chronic illnesses, pregnant women, and their loved ones.
To facilitate access to information and prevention, professionals and stakeholders from the Southeast Basin will be present at several scheduled events within the commune. On October 4th, an information stand will be set up at the Auderghem Cultural Center, Boulevard du Souverain 183, from 1 PM to 4 PM, as part of the seniors' fair. On October 19th, discussions about the flu and vaccination will take place at the CEMPA, Avenue Florent Lambin 4, from 9:30 AM to 11 AM.
Further meetings are planned: on October 20th, an information stand is scheduled at Place Saint Julien from 2 PM to 6 PM (to be confirmed). Finally, on October 26th, discussions on protection against the flu and vaccination will be held at Babel’zin, Chaussée de Wavre 1688, from 10 AM to 12 PM.
